What is sugarcane bagasse?
Bagasse is the fibrous material left after sugarcane juice has been extracted. Rather than being burned or discarded as waste, this agricultural byproduct is processed into high-performance tableware — plates, trays, bowls, clamshells, and cups. It is 100% natural, PFAS-free, and fully compostable.
Are your products genuinely compostable?
Yes. Our bagasse products are certified compostable to EN13432 standard, which is the European standard for industrial composting. Under industrial composting conditions, they break down completely within 90 days with no toxic residue. Note: industrial composting (at higher temperatures) differs from home composting — check with your local waste facility about acceptance.
Are the products microwave safe?
Yes. Our bagasse tableware is microwave safe for up to 3 minutes. It is also freezer safe and can handle both hot and cold foods without softening or leaking.
Do your products comply with EU regulations?
Yes. Our products comply with the EU Single-Use Plastics Directive (SUPD), which restricts single-use plastic items in the EU. Bagasse tableware is an approved sustainable alternative under this legislation. All products are food-safe and meet relevant EU food contact material regulations.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Products are supplied in carton quantities (typically 200 pieces per carton for plates and trays; 500 pieces per carton for cups and cutlery). The standard minimum order is 2 cartons per SKU. Contact us for specific pricing and availability — we’re flexible for first orders.
Do you supply to retail customers?
We are primarily a wholesale supplier. For smaller quantity or individual retail purchases, please visit our Amazon listings where you can buy in smaller quantities. Amazon handles all retail fulfilment.

Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can arrange product samples for genuine wholesale enquiries. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a sample pack. We ask for your business name and delivery address for sample requests.
Are the products suitable for hot food?
Yes. Our bagasse products are designed for hot food service. They are oil and moisture resistant, will not soften in the presence of hot liquids or oily foods, and maintain structural integrity throughout normal food service use.
Can I get custom printed or branded products?
Custom printing and branded products may be available for larger volume orders. Contact us directly to discuss your requirements, minimum quantities for custom orders, and lead times.
